Incredibly kind and impressive staff who are multilingual, willing to help us and we could also leave our luggage behind at the reception to take a stroll before we needed to leave. The breakfast was great and abundant. The location was nothing but convenient! Close to the beach and city center, we walked everywhere. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that the shower did not have much pressure. Other than that, totally recommended and would like to come back soon!

Despite a good location. Myself and 3 other South Africans were mistreated. There is nobody ever at reception, only when you pay. We've had racist encounters by a worker, shouting at us in Italian, shouting at the owner in our presence. In 10 days the cleaner came ONCE to clean our room and change sheets and towels.

the room was very small but absolutely okay for that price. the personal is reeeeally friendly and helpful - we felt very welcome. the breakfast is very varied (awesome cakes, but also savory dishes). the location of the hotel is perfect - everything you need is just 5 minutes away. we really enjoyed our time here :)

Good location. 5 minutes from the beach. Air conditioning... beds kinda suck but over all great Experience given that most beds in Italy suck.

Hotel Sorriso Is cheap and reliable. Clean, close enough to the sea, even if it offer just basically services is great for those who wants to visit Rimini.
